Hiraya Immigration is led by Rhodora V. Derpo, a San Francisco native and first-generation immigrant from the Philippines. Rhodora’s approach to representing her clients has been shaped by her own experience of immigrating to the U.S. with her family at the age of 10. As newly arrived immigrants, she and her family experienced economic hardships and discrimination, experiences that are shared by the residents living in the Mission District’s vibrant neighborhood where Hiraya Immigration is located.

With over 15 years of experience in immigration law, Rhodora brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every case she handles. She understands the challenges and complexities of the immigration process and is dedicated to protecting her clients’ interests. As an immigrant herself, Rhodora knows what it’s like to start a new life in a foreign country and is passionate about helping others achieve their immigration goals.
